My first reaction was, what a sweet sweet man. We were always greeted with warmth and a smile from the moment we set foot in Hal and Diane's house. A fellow Canadian if I'm not mistaken. We had an inside joke and somehow Hal delivered it fresh every time we'd see each other. You see, my wife Deborah appears to have some resemblance to Shirley MacLaine, at least Hall thought so (I can see why). So, depending on the situation, he'd ask me if I brought Shirley or ask how Shirley's doing. You get the picture. And we always had a chuckle together. I loved going to this house, I felt so at home. Thank you Hal, Diane and family. Hal - I will not forget you.
